From current process to working workflow

The main delivery process follows four clear stages: understand the real process, design the workflow,
build the automation, and test it before launch.

Stage 1: Define

Map the real process

What happens

We walk through the current workflow: what starts it, what happens next, who gets involved, which tools are used, and where manual work, exceptions or missed handoffs create problems.

What comes out of this

A clear picture of the process today and a practical scope for what the new workflow needs to solve.

Stage 2: Design

Shape the workflow

What happens

We design the future workflow: which steps can be automated, which should stay manual, how information moves between systems, which rules control routing and follow-up, and how exceptions should be handled.

What comes out of this

A practical workflow design with the main steps, rules, handoffs and exceptions defined, ready to build.

Stage 3: Build

Connect tools and logic

What happens

We turn the workflow design into a working system: connect the tools, automate the agreed steps, keep the necessary manual actions, move data between them, and make sure exceptions are handled in the right places.

What comes out of this

A working automation that follows the agreed design and is ready to test.

Stage 4: Launch

Test it, then go live

What happens

We run the full workflow against real scenarios: check that data moves correctly, confirm the right actions and handoffs happen, fix any issues we find, and then launch the finished automation.

What comes out of this

A tested live workflow that is working as designed and ready for day-to-day use.
